Research on Influence of Rotation Center Eccentricity on Radial Force of Single-Blade Centrifugal Pump

To estimate the influence of rotation center eccentricity single-blade centrifugal pump impeller on radial force it, and to explore effective balance method, a single blade with power 2.2 kW is analyzed. The accuracy Numerical Simulation Methods are verified by tests external characteristics (under three rotation-speeds 1470 r/min, 2000 2940 r/min) pressure distributions. There five models different coordinates (model (0,1), model b (−1,0), c (0,−1), d (1,0), e (0,0.5)) which results show that reduced 8.1% 9.8%, respectively, means offset positive direction x-axis negative y-axis can effectively reduce force.
